PART A (chat 1): Using orders.csv do step 1 (total amount per region) and step 2 (bar chart PNG of those totals). Then STOP before step 3, and write HANDOFF.md with: goal, what is done, file names, results so far, and the exact next step.
PART B (new chat 2, attach HANDOFF.md + the files): Continue from HANDOFF.md and do step 3: a 4-sentence summary naming the top region and its total. Do not redo steps 1-2.
