Protocol

Fixed nightly routine run at 03:10 (replaces the old changelog routine). The measurement bot only gets the public X search tools (namespace x). Note the X credit before and after each run (get_usage_credits is free). Hard limit: stop the routine if the X credit drops by more than $0.50 in a week.
